The data you provide in the brochure request form: name, email and, if you include them, phone number and message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, also the data in that conversation.

To give you access to The Antipodes brochure, answer your enquiries and send you information about the project. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to lola.infinity8@gmail.com, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use the following providers:

• Web3Forms, which receives the form and forwards it to us by email.
• Google (Gmail), where we receive and manage messages.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on that channel.

Some of these providers, as well as the controller itself, are located outside the European Economic Area (Indonesia and the United States). These transfers are based on your consent and, where applicable, on the safeguards offered by each provider, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

For as long as needed to handle your request and stay in touch about the project and, at most, 2 years from our last communication, unless you withdraw your consent earlier or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to lola.infinity8@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).

This website does not use its own, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server.

The map in the Location section is provided by Google Maps and is only loaded if you click “Load interactive map”. From that moment, Google may use cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
